- Subway turkey sub

- 100 calorie snack pack

- Special K cereal 1 bowl with milk.

- Chicken patty with light ketchup on wheat bread, 4 strawberries.

- 1 chicken breast, 1 serving of salad with light dressing.

I need a work out routine-

for beginners that doesn’t take long and I don’t need equipment to do! Suggestions?

I’m back!

So school got really busy and life happened and what not but I’m back! I didn’t stick to my diet very well but luckily I didn’t gain much weight at all.
